Pour célébrer le lancement de Botaurus, nous avons lancé une belle soirée, ce Lundi 19 Juin, au cœur de Bordeaux, dans le fameux Ayawasca Cocktail Club. Réunissant des amateurs de spiritueux, des connaisseurs et des mixologues de la région, cette soirée tant attendue a été un événement mémorable.
À première vue, la catégorie "Gin Botanique" peut sembler un peu absurde. En effet, le gin est par définition un spiritueux qui met en avant des botaniques dont les fameuses baies de genièvre. Tout gin est donc naturellement botanique, mais pourquoi parle-t-on de “Gin Botanique” dans ce cas ?
Notre nouvelle création Avem, Botaurus, est un gin botanique réalisé à partir de plusieurs plantes dont le persil, capucines et de roses. Mais savez-vous comment il a été réalisé ? Revenons sur les étapes de la création de Botaurus.
La composition du nouveau Gin Avem offre des notes de citrons confits et des touches herbacées et florales. Le tout suivi d'une finale épicée qui persiste en bouche. Bien que les saveurs de Botaurus soient atypiques, il se savoure aussi bien pur qu'en cocktail.
Nommée ✨Margaret✨ après la grand-mère de Scarlett, notre cheffe de projet digital, en souvenir de ses bonnes pâtisseries à la cannelle, cette création du Gina Bordeaux sublime notre Gin Avem Corvus avec des saveurs de poire, thym et cannelle.
